Biasness between Urban and Rural development

 The Biasness between urban and rural development has been grown. Because of the policy makers and institutions and the government. This is because the urban people has knowledge to influence the policymakers which will turn into advantage. Second, the spill-over market in urban are are more than in rural area which are closer to them .This is known as spill-over effect where the rural areal is depend on urban area for development. That is why the government launch Jal Jeevan Mission in August 2019 to provide save drinking water to all the households in rural area.

India's Millet Revolution

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United States has declare 2023 as the International Year of Millet. Millet are rich in nutritive properties they are high in protein, micronutrients, and antioxidants and special agronomic character. There has been rapid decline in millet cultivation, and shift in land use towards the more profitable cultivated areas .The profitable crop such as pineapple, coffee, cassava and pepper.

Urban Development and the expansion of Green trees should take place at the same time. New roads can replace old  road without planting trees or any roadside gardens. Plenty of examples has been issued by the country to this improper activity . However in the past few years Hyderabad has emerged as a powerhouse of infrastructure. And has won many awards of being the green city with improving forest cover. The State G overnment  has planned many trees to show the no of forest cover.  The IAHP(International Association of Horticulture Producers) also give Hyderabad the award in the 'Living Green for Economy Recovery and Growth'. category.
